NATIONAL WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA EFFORT COMING TO NORTH CANTON
North Canton Cemetery Approves the Request of the Jacob Gaskins Chapter, NSDAR, to Serve as Host Site
The Jacob Gaskins Chapter, NSDAR, will participate in Wreaths Across America to honor the service and sacrifice of the 300+ veterans laid to rest at the North Canton Cemetery.
North Canton, OH — The Jacob Gaskins Chapter, NSDAR, is proud to announce that it has received approval from the board of the North Canton Cemetery to host Wreaths Across America at its site. A wreath-laying event will take place on Saturday, December 13, 2025, to honor the 300+ veterans buried at the cemetery.
Chapter members are working to secure both corporate and individual sponsorships to provide the wreaths that will be laid on the veterans’ graves. In addition, community members will have the opportunity to purchase wreaths to honor veterans buried elsewhere who hold a special place in their hearts.
Wreaths are available to order now through November 24, 2025, if ordered in person, or November 30, 2025, if ordered online, and the Jacob Gaskins Chapter invites the community to join in this meaningful event to honor the service and sacrifice of veterans and keep their memories alive during the holiday season. Wreaths are $17 a piece, and they can be ordered online or through any member of the Jacob Gaskins Chapter, NSDAR.
